UNRESOLVED MURDER

This web site is intended to provide the reader with a documented picture of the most significant events before, during and after the February 24, 1996 shootdown in international airspace of two Brothers to the Rescue aircraft, by Cuban MiGs, which resulted in the murder of three U.S. citizens and one legal alien.

Brothers to the Rescue demands truth and justice for Armando, Carlos, Mario and Pablo.

Truth -   We ask for a congressional investigation to answer the questions that we have posed to the Clinton Administration and which they have refused to answer invoking "national security". Please refer to Section I, Summary/Introduction, Section IV, Unanswered questions, and Section V, item 22- Supporting Evidence and Publications-Unanswered requests for a full investigation, unanswered questions and related material and contradictions in official statements.

Justice -   Brothers to the Rescue has requested that the Clinton Administration bring criminal charges against Castro for this premeditated murder. Please refer to Section I, Summary/Introduction and to Section V, item 15- Supporting Evidence and publications-Evidence of Premeditation.
